On the surface things are looking stronger but it has to be said there is still a lot of work to be done. The leader stands tall despite the doubts and fears that he is harbouring. Bottom line is, no one is listening to another and the situation continues the lockdown ethos.
More and more the workforce are feeling dissatisfaction so it is a wise leader who bides his time today until the resilience and stamina of the people is fortified and sensible communications can open up again. Be sure to leave any rose tinted spectacles at home today.
