Complaining and fighting will only add to the momentum of the challenge and change what is already building from a tidal wave into a tsunami. The heart of the matter is the people, but they need to exercise constraint in order to avoid dire consequences.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Extra care needs to be applied to all you do today in order to avoid unnecessary conflict. This is particularly important in disputes and legal matters that will be difficult to win unless you have a strong case and evidence to support it.
