DO YOU WANT TO INCREASE YOUR TURNOVER?
The approach to a property is vitally important and needs to be well maintained to encourage a good flow of energy to the main door. This consultation is on a business premises which is located on the first floor of the north wing of a grand country residence set in beautiful parkland. There can be no doubt of the quality of the life force energy that surrounds this building, the skill is to direct this energy to the business within.
Energy is much like a child who needs to be lead by the hand and guided in the appropriate direction as it is very easy for it to get distracted. The natural fall of the land towards the main door of this building will help to encourage and direct the energy flow, it is still vital however to keep the path ways clear and clutter free. There will be a major benefit to any business within this building if this driveway and walls are cleared of the moss and debris than can easily cause blocks of energy and disrupt the flow.

in this picture is the company logo of the business within. This sign is far too small considering the overall proportions of the building.
The main door of a business premises is a major consideration on a consultation and very careful readings are taken with the Chinese Lopan/Compass to identify the quality of the energy at the door. In the case of a business consultation I am primarily looking for money energy at the door to encourage an increase in turnover on the company’s bottom line. The next consideration is to ensure this energy is not restricted in its approach to the building in any way. It is good to see in this example how the car parking is set back from the main flow of energy to the door and so avoids any disruption or blocks. This is a very generous size of door and makes for an ideal entrance but the paintwork on the porch is a little tired and needs refreshing. The small potted shrubs either side of the door are a very nice touch but are far too small.
First impressions count both to your customer and to the energy so the entrance hall therefore needs to be made welcoming and the visitor encouraged to stay. Comfortable chairs are always a subtle way of saying welcome and stay a while.
These premises belong to a very successful hair salon that knows how to direct energy. Their front door is particularly welcoming and even has a chair on the porch as a symbolic welcome.
Upon entering the building signage still playing a major role in encouraging energetic flow to the business within so these examples below perfectly illustrate the message this business wants to portray. This may seem simple, some people even point out to me that this is also common sense but you would not believe how many premises I visit where I enter a building and then have no idea where to go.
Entering through the main door of a business is always aided with clear, communicative signage
This office belongs to two of the company directors and has an ideal layout. The picture was taken from the doorway of the room so you can see the occupants have command of the room and a clear view of anyone entering the space. Both chairs have the back onto a solid wall which ensures support and security to the people working at these desks. Clients visiting this space will not have nearly so much support as their back will be to the door and they will be facing the solid wall. The executives will be in control of any meeting that takes place here. From my compass reading I can identify the strength of the energy in this room and its suitability to the occupants and therefore I am able to make recommendations as to the location of the strongest areas for support in important decisions and creativity.
This room is being used as a staff room and is totally wasted as energetically it has the strongest money energy of the whole suite of offices. I made strong recommendations that the finance director moves his office to this location as soon as possible. Large and heavy items such as the sofa will be having the effect of holding the money energy down. I was also able to identify that the energy of this room particularly suited that of the finance director from a calculation I made on his year of birth. The door to this office is blocking the flow of energy into the space and would be better if it was hinged on the opposite door pillar.
This picture was taken from the doorway of the room and is not the ideal layout. The two employees in the foreground have their back to the door and are also blocking the energy to the people on the far side of the room. Productivity in this space will be limited and progress will be slow and frustrating. The layout of this office needs to be completely readdressed.
The boardroom has a strong money energy that needs activating through the use of improved lighting, live plants or flowers and pictures on the wall that depict the company image. The energy in here is very quiet which is a waste when there is so much potential in the room. This energy needs to be awakened and harnessed through use of the space, illuminating the room all day even when it is not in use and refreshing the energy regularly by opening the window. The added advantage of opening the window is that there are also auspicious aspects to the surrounding grounds in this particular case that can be drawn in this way. The door needs to be re hinged on the opposite pillar.
Energetically my compass readings on this consultation were stable suggesting strong earth energy and a strong building. There was however a weakness on one aspect of my readings which suggested a lack of support to the business within. I therefore made recommendations on the placement of a water feature and that of a symbol of strength in the form of a Buddha or a large rock in very precise positions within the building.
All of the above are recommendations designed to enhance the productivity of the staff within this business and therefore increase the company turnover.
